At Clarinda Regional Health Center (CRHC) our Personal Training team wants to motivate you to be healthy inside and out. We have the resources to make sure you’re getting the knowledge and attention necessary to maintain your health and wellness. Our Wellness Specialists can design and execute individualized or group exercise plans, personalized to your goals. They will ensure that your goals are appropriate for your overall wellness, including cardiovascular, flexibility, and personal. We are dedicated to motivating, helping self-improve and continue on the path of learning in regard to your personal health and fitness.

Our Wellness Specialists offer one-on-one personal training sessions, partner personal training sessions, or even group fitness classes. All of these services are available at CRHC's Rehab and Sports Medicine Center across from the hospital.

CRHC's wellness specialists are responsible for guiding clients in achieving their wellness and healthy lifestyle goals by creating fitness training and programs according to client's needs and concerns.
All our Wellness Specialists have the training and educational backgrounds in exercise science that help them to understand physical fitness, physical activity, sports nutrition, and sports conditioning as they pertain to health and performance outcomes.

Once you have selected your class or program and paid with a credit card, you are then registered for the class or program.

This online platform is what you will use to pay for the class as well. Or at the time of service, you can also bring in cash or a check to pay.
If you are an employee utilizing services, you have the option to do a pay roll deduction.
Personal training (either individual or partner) services are scheduled when it's convenient for you! We have multiple Wellness Specialists available so we'll do our best to meet with you when you need.
