The hospital cafeteria is open to the public, staff and patients 7 days a week. CRHC’s cafeteria is located in the main hallway on the northwest corner of the building (behind Clarinda Medical Associates and the Specialty Clinic). Daily menus are posted just outside the main entrance to the cafeteria and again in the serving area. A self-service complimentary drink bar is available serving juice, coffee, and tea. Vending machines are available serving healthy snacks as well as carbonated and non-carbonated beverages by the ER entrance.

► Dinner served 5:00 pm to 6:45 pm

The Safe Haven Act is a law that allows parents - or another person who has the parent's authorization - to leave an infant up to 90 days old at a hospital or healthcare facility without fear of prosecution for abandonment. If you need a breath of fresh air and to stretch out your legs, we encourage you to visit the Outdoor Walking Trail. Our campus offers easy access to both fully paved walking paths around the hospital and an unpaved path stretching further behind the hospital. Our unpaved paths offer some beautiful southwest Iowa scenery and are complete with some very interesting outdoor artwork in conjunction with Clarinda Carnegie Art Museum.
