Chelsea is a certified personal trainer and a wellness specialist at CRHC's Rehab & Sports Medicine Center. She is originally from Pittsburg, KS. Chelsea holds a bachelor's degree from Pittsburg State University and a master's degree in social work from the University of Kansas. With extensive experience in the mental health field, she’s had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages.
She moved to southwest Iowa and lives with her husband on the farm. Recently, she decided to channel her passion for wellness into a career in personal training and is currently working towards her ACE certification. She’s looking forward to using her diverse skill set to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
