Alex is a Wellness Specialist dedicated to promoting physical health through personalized workout programs for both the community and CRHC employees. He specializes in strength training, speed, agility, explosiveness, and sport-specific training, Alex helps individuals optimize their fitness and performance. Holding a Bachelor's in Physical Education & Health from McPherson College, as well as an AA & AS degree with a focus in Exercise Science, he combines personal experiences with academic knowledge.
Additionally, Alex is a former collegiate baseball player, having competed at Iowa Western, Southwestern Community College, and McPherson College, winning McPherson’s first ever conference championship in the school’s history. He still has a passion for not only baseball, but a variety of other sports and loves to help others improve their game.
