Wellness Specialist

Maddie is a Wellness Specialist at Clarinda Regional Health Center. She provides services including personal training to both community members and CRHC employees. Her role includes leading group fitness classes, developing speed and agility camps, and assisting in community wellness events. Another special role that Maddie has through CRHC is the recent partnership with the Clarinda Lutheran School, where she helps with their physical education program for grades K-8th.


Maddie is a Clarinda High School graduate that continued her education at Central College in Pella, Iowa where she obtained a degree in Exercise Science. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and skill levels to improve overall health and wellness. Outside of work, Maddie enjoys being with her family and friends. She also loves being able to continue her love for sport as she assists in coaching high school girls’ basketball.
