Guidelines for sending a greeting card:
► Messages are printed and delivered to patients staying in the hospital. We will not be able to deliver messages to patients coming to the hospital for outpatient procedures or clinic visits.
► Messages received Monday – Friday during business hours will be delivered that day. Any messages received after business hours will be delivered the next business day.
►Please send thoughtful messages. If the content of the message is questionable or potentially upsetting to a patient, it will not be delivered.
►If the patient has been discharged or no longer in our care, the message will not be delivered. Please ensure the patient is still in our care before sending a message.
