The Clarinda Regional Health Center is an independently operated healthcare facility, governed by five publicly-elected Board of Trustees members. Trustees serve three-year staggered terms. The Chief Executive Officer is hired by the Board of Trustees to administer the day-to-day operations of the hospital. The Board of Trustees has no taxing authority and receives zero public appropriations. The hospital functions on revenue derived from services it provides.
Public meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month unless otherwise published. Meeting Agendas and Board Approved Minutes are available at the bottom of this page.
