Dr. Thomas M. Atteberry is an orthopedic surgeon affiliated with CHI Health and will be visiting Clarinda Regional Health Center’s Specialty Clinic. Dr. Atteberry grew up in Treynor, Iowa, and pursued his medical education at the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine, followed by advanced training at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He completed a prestigious fellowship at the Foundation for Orthopedic, Athletic & Reconstructive Research in Houston, Texas.
With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Atteberry is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) and an active member of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and the Iowa Orthopedic Society. His clinical expertise spans treating patients of all ages for conditions involving knee and shoulder injuries, ligament and tendon repairs, cartilage restoration, and arthritis management. Additionally, he specializes in knee and hip replacements.
