Dr. Michael Mahoney is an Internal Medicine provider and began his practice at Clarinda Regional Health Center in August 2019. In 2020 Dr. Mahoney was voted "Favorite Physician" and in 2021 "Best Family Physician" in the Clarinda Herald Journal's Best of SWI Reader's Choice contest. He is a Board Certified Internal Medicine provider and graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Mahoney has over 27 years of experience in the healthcare field and enjoys providing care in a rural setting. He is always accepting new patients, specializing in care for those patients over the age of 18 with complex health issues. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and participating in a lot of outdoor activities, like hunting and fishing.
