COBRA is a health insurance program that enables eligible employees to have continued health insurance coverage after leaving CRHC.
Eligible for any full and part time employees who have worked for CRHC for at least 12 months and 1,250 hours. The monthly benefit is an amount equal to 60% of Covered Monthly Earnings.
Eligible for any full and part time employees who have worked for CRHC for at least 12 months and 1,250 hours. Paid at 60% of the employee’s base wage and supplemented with the employee’s accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) hours until depleted, the leave ends, or the employee can return to work.
