Dr. Theo Barley began seeing patients at Clarinda Medical Associates in July of 2013. He is a Board Certified Family Medicine Doctor and see patients of all ages. Dr. Barley was born and raised in Africa, moved to the United States and attended Ross University School of Medicine in Huntsville, Alabama. After graduation and residency in Alabama he moved to Iowa because he felt the area was a safe, rural area to call home and raise his family. Dr. Barley cares for his patients deeply and his experience in being a nurse, patient and physician has helped provide him a unique perspective which helps him ensure a sincere and compassionate form of care.
