We are very pleased that you are visiting our web site, and we look forward to the opportunity to meeting your medical needs and exceeding your expectations as a patient.
At CRHC we take a great deal of pride in the facilities and equipment we invest in to empower our staff to deliver the best care to patients. Through our hospital in Clarinda, and clinics in Clarinda and Villisca, CRHC provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency care to central and eastern Page and western and central Taylor counties, portions of Montgomery and Adams counties in Iowa, as well as several communities in NW Missouri. The hospital also provides regional Emergency Medical Services throughout our service area, and hosts LifeNet air-ambulance on its campus in Clarinda.
CRHC is a not-for-profit, municipal hospital. The hospital is governed by a five member, publicly-elected Board of Trustees. The hospital receives no direct funding from taxes from the City of Clarinda, but rather supports itself through efficient management of resources. Our hospital is a designated by Medicare as a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) which means it receives reimbursement from Medicare based on the cost of delivering services to Medicare beneficiaries.
Again, we pleased you are visiting our web site and we are grateful that you trust with your health, and the health of your family. Our goal is to exceed your expectations at every opportunity. Thanks for giving our physicians, providers, nurses, technologists, and all of our support staff, the opportunity to care for you.
– Ron Richardson, Board of Trustees Chairman
