Dr. John Lazoritz is a Board Certified Podiatrist with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery at CRHC. He attended medical school at Des Moines University. He completed his residency at the Detroit Medical Center and has been providing patient care in our Specialty Clinic since 2017. 

In June 2020, he joined the CRHC medical staff to continue growing and advancing services in podiatric medicine. As a podiatrist, Dr. Lazortiz can provide foot and ankle care for more serious injuries that might involve sprains or fractures of the foot or ankle in CRHC’s surgery center, where he can perform many foot or ankle procedures on-site. He can also see patients for more minor foot and ankle concerns like:

• ingrown toenails
• diabetic nails issues
• callus or wound foot care
• hammertoes and bunions
