  • What are your business hours?

    Our Pharmacy opens on 6.29.2026. Hours the first week will be:

    Monday - Friday

     9:00 - 5:00 pm, Closed Saturday 


    Regular Hours beginning 7.6.2026 will be:

    Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    Sunday: Closed


    Holiday hours may vary. Check ClarindaHealth.com or our Facebook page to stay updated with clinic closure notices. 

  • Do you accept my insurance?

    We accept most major prescription insurance plans, including Medicare Part D and many commercial insurance plans. If you have questions about your coverage, please contact our pharmacy team at 712-542-6774 and we will be happy to assist you. 

  • How do I transfer my prescriptions to CRH-Community Pharmacy?

    Transferring your prescriptions is easy. Complete our prescription transfer form or call us at 712-542-6774. Once we've received your RX information, our pharmacy team will contact your current pharmacy and handle most of the transfer process for you.


    We will work to ensure a smooth transition to our pharmacy!

  • Can I walk into your pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions?

    Yes, of course. For your convenience, our pharmacy also offers a drive-thru window and local delivery as well. 

  • Do you have any OTC Medications in your pharmacy?

    Yes. Clarinda Regional Health - Communmity Pharmacy will have an area to assist patients inside the store, which will have a selection of common over-the-counter (OTC) medications available. 


  • What kind of Immunizations will you offer?

    Contact our pharmacy at 712-542-6774 for current or seasonal vaccine availability. Our routine adult immunizations will include, but not be limited to:


    • Influenza (Flu)
    • COVID-19
    • Pneumonia
    • Shingles
    • Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis)
    • Other routine vaccines

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Clarinda Regional Health – Community Pharmacy accepts most major insurance plans and prescription drug plans.


    We also accept:

    • Credit/Debit Cards
    • HSA/FSA Cards

  • Can I manage my prescriptions using the pharmacy app?

    Yes, CRH - Community Pharmacy has an app you can download on your phone to help manage your prescriptions. Learn more Here. 


    The mobile app, Rx365, makes managing your medications simple and convenient. Through the app, you can:

    • Request prescription refills
    • Receive refill reminders
    • View prescription history
    • Manage medications for family members
    • Securely communicate with the pharmacy

  • Do you offer prescription delivery?

    Yes, we will offer local prescription delivery services to patients within our service area. Delivery availability may vary based on location and prescription type. 

    • Delivery will be available for the Clarinda, Villisca, and Bedford, Iowa communities
    • Delivery will be available Monday - Friday
    • Prescriptions need to be called in before a 1 p.m. cut-off time for next-day delivery
    • Some medications may not be able to be delivered, such as controlled substances
