Herzberg Resigns from CRHC Board of Trustees

Clarinda, IA | (December 30, 2017)

Citing personal reasons, Heather Herzberg has submitted her resignation from the Clarinda Regional Health Center’s Board of Trustees, effective Sunday, December 31st.

The announcement was made today by outgoing Board Chairman Dale McAllister.  McAllister says Herzberg was elected to a four-year term on the Board of Trustees on November 3, 2015. Her duties officially began on January 1, 2016.

According to McAlister, the vacancy can be filled by appointment at the January Board of Trustees meeting.  The CRHC Board of Trustees for 2018 currently consists of incumbent Chairman Ron Richardson and three newly elected members.  Kathy Boysen, Rob Marsh and Dale Fulk were all elected to four-year terms during the November 7th city elections.

Ms. Herzberg stated in her resignation letter, “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time serving the community and this organization as a member of the Board of Trustees. I look forward to continuing to support the mission of the organization and offer my best wishes for its continued success.”
