What is the Clarinda Medical Foundation?
The Clarinda Medical Foundation is a not-for-profit, tax exempt corporation organized under the Federal Tax Code as a 501 (c) (3) charitable organization since August, 1999. It is an excellent vehicle for friends to support CRHC and its related programs.
The Foundation exists to build support and to secure charitable giving resources for CRHC. Funds donated to the Clarinda Medical Foundation are used to enhance health care services offered by CRHC. Past gifts have helped fund such things as a new ambulance and a mobile critical care respirator.
Who Administers the Foundation?
The Foundation is governed by a appointed Board of Directors, which represent the community. Board members volunteer their time and receive no compensation for their services.

There are many ways to support the Clarinda Medical Foundation. Examples include placing the Foundation in your will and estate planning; one-time gifts to fund certain larger projects; and annual donations which cumulatively are used by CRHC to fund one-time, smaller projects.
