On a unanimous vote by the Clarinda Regional Health Center Board of Trustees on Monday night, Clarinda businessman Bryan Whipp was selected to fill the unexpired term of Heather Herzberg. Herzberg resigned from the board in late December citing personal reasons.
Whipp is the owner of Whipp Sales and Service in Clarinda and is a graduate of Clarinda High School and a 1983 graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He completed his studies with a double major in Business Management and Data Processing.
Whipp says he’s excited to join the Board of Trustees and looks forward to serving the community the next two years. He says, “We have a great community and a great hospital. CRHC has always been there for me whenever I’ve needed them.”
Whipp will be sworn in by Clarinda city officials prior to attending his first board meeting on Monday, February 26th.
